- Pages visited and features used
- Projects viewed and proposals generated
- Login timestamps and session data

03 Data Storage
Your data is stored on secured servers provided by our hosting provider. Data is stored in the European Union / Turkey region. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction.
04 Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data. We may share data only in these limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: Our hosting and infrastructure providers (under strict data processing agreements)
- AI Processing: Anonymized skill/project data sent to AI API for proposal generation (no personally identifiable information)
- Payment Processor: Lemon Squeezy processes payment data â we do not store card details
- Legal Requirements: If required by valid legal process or to protect rights and safety
05 Cookies & Sessions
ApplyRadar uses minimal cookies for essential functionality:
- Session Cookie: Keeps you logged in during your visit (deleted when you close the browser)
- Remember Me Cookie: Optional persistent login (stored up to 30 days)
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
06 Security
- Passwords hashed with bcrypt (never stored in plain text)
- HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
- Prepared SQL statements to prevent injection attacks
- Regular security reviews and updates
Despite our precautions, no system is 100% secure. Please use a strong, unique password for your account.
07 Your Rights
You have the right to:

- Correction: Update inaccurate information via your profile settings
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format

08 Data Retention
- Active accounts: data retained for the duration of your account
- Deleted accounts: data deleted within 30 days of deletion request
- Billing records: retained for 7 years for legal/tax compliance
- Server logs: retained for 90 days then deleted
09 Children's Privacy
ApplyRadar is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.
