01 Refund Eligibility
✅ You qualify for a full refund if:
• You request it within 7 days of your initial subscription payment
• It is your first Pro subscription (not a renewal)
• Your account is in good standing (no Terms of Service violations)
❌ Refunds are NOT available for:
• Requests made after the 7-day window
• Renewal payments (monthly or annual)
• Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
• Partial months — we do not prorate unused time
• Free plan users (there's nothing to refund)
02 How to Request a Refund

Send a refund request to support@digvera.com from your registered email address.

Subject line: "Refund Request — ApplyRadar". Include your account email so we can locate your subscription.

We confirm within 24 hours
We'll verify eligibility and confirm your refund by email, typically within 1 business day.

Refund processed in 5–10 business days
Funds are returned via Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank.
03 Cancellation vs. Refund
These are two separate actions:
- Cancellation stops future billing. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued for the current period.
- Refund returns money for the current payment (within 7-day window only) and ends your Pro access immediately.
💡 Tip: If you want to stop being charged but still use the service for the rest of your paid period, simply cancel — don't request a refund.
04 Payment Processor
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal). We do not issue refunds in cash, store credit, or cryptocurrency.
Processing time after approval: 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
