01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ApplyRadar (operated by Digvera), you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updates.
02 Description of Service
ApplyRadar is a freelance project matching and intelligence platform that:
- Aggregates Projects: Collects freelance listings from RemoteOK, Freelancer, Guru, Jobicy, WeWorkRemotely, Remote.co, and Upwork
- AI Matching: Scores and ranks projects against your skills profile using AI
- Win Prediction: Estimates your probability of winning each project
- Proposal Generation: Generates AI-powered cover letters tailored to each project
- Smart Filtering: Filters by keywords, budget, source, and more
âšī¸ Important: ApplyRadar is a discovery and assistance tool. We do not post projects, hire freelancers, or process payments between clients and freelancers. All applications must be submitted directly on the original platform.
03 Eligibility
To use ApplyRadar, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Not have been previously banned or suspended from the Service
â ī¸ Age Requirement: ApplyRadar is not intended for users under 18. If we learn we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.
04 User Accounts
4.1 Account Creation
To access the platform, create an account with a valid email address and password. Name is optional but improves proposal quality.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@digvera.com.
4.3 Account Restrictions
- One account per person â do not create multiple accounts
- No sharing â do not share your login credentials
- No automated creation â bot-created accounts are prohibited
05 Subscription & Payments
5.1 Plans
Free Plan: Access to project browsing, basic matching, and limited AI features.
Pro Plan: Full AI matching, win prediction, unlimited proposal generation, priority updates.
5.2 Billing
- Payments processed securely via Lemon Squeezy
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- Price changes communicated with 30 days notice
5.3 Cancellation
- Cancel anytime from your account settings
- Access continues until the end of the paid period

06 Acceptable Use Policy
6.1 Permitted
- Searching and discovering freelance opportunities
- Using AI-generated proposals for your own job applications
- Managing your profile and preferences
6.2 Prohibited
â ī¸ You must NOT:
Scrape or bulk-download project data ¡ Reverse engineer our algorithms ¡ Resell or share account access ¡ Create multiple accounts to abuse limits ¡ Interfere with platform infrastructure ¡ Use the Service for any illegal purpose ¡ Circumvent paywalls or usage restrictions
Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
07 Intellectual Property
ApplyRadar and all related technology, design, algorithms, and content are owned by Digvera and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal job-seeking purposes only.
08 Third-Party Content
Project listings displayed on ApplyRadar originate from third-party platforms. We aggregate and display this content as-is and are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or legitimacy of any individual listing. Always verify opportunities on the original platform before applying.
09 Disclaimers
ApplyRadar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific job match or proposal will result in a successful application or contract.
âšī¸ AI Limitations: AI-generated proposals, win predictions, and match scores are tools to assist you â they are not guarantees of any outcome. Always review and personalize AI-generated content before sending.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digvera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ApplyRadar, including but not limited to loss of income, lost contracts, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
11 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other conduct we deem harmful to the platform or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
